It’s the last day of March!? I feel like this month flew by. Today’s tip is to take 5-10 minutes to reflect on your month. I’m a paper and pen girlie so I like journaling, but even just taking the time to think about the month can help you reflect and intention set for what’s next. A few questions to get you started:
What brought you joy in March?
What are you proud of from the month?
What do you wish you did *more* of in March?
What’s one thing you want to add to your life in April?
